What does this do for you really?

Does it allow you some sort of stealth? Does it work against players?

also the ability camoflague, do either of these abilities allow you to hide from other players? ie you are not on their PvP radar

hmmm.. well that wouldn't give you much of an advantage. I was hoping for something quite better from the stealth skills of the rifleman. How long is it going to be before the players see all the red beams of light flying at them? /sigh... at least you'll get the first shot free I guess..

looks like they are just PvE skills, ie they do nothing in PvP...

They don't help in pvp. They only help in PvE. Mask Scent and such rely on the camo for success. In PvP it is not so much the element of surprise, its the first shot within range that wins the battle. Put a nice aim/mindshot and then watch them bleed to death.

I used to do it all the time, I would mindshot, then run, if they followed I would then suppress shotand headshot. I would get their mind bleeding 250 points per tick and there is nothing they could do about it (people just don't train in First Aid 2). They would then charge thinking it was their only hope and I would hit them with headshot for around 450 damage and they would just drop. They would go incap, then the forgiveness period for DOT's would wear off and they would still be bleeding. I have incapped people just from one shot of mindshot two times in a row, even with the grace period. They would go incap, regen the mind pool, then the bleeding would start again and incap them again. It's a seriously deadly skill and its only at specialist level in marksman tree.

If they decided to run they would still go incap.

It's the first shot that matters, not stealth.
