I want to becomea Rifleman... do I have to "master" marksman? or just get to level IV in the Rifle catagory?
i am going for Marksman(rifle and ranged weapons) and Artisan(engineering and surveying) with a little scout (novice only) right now, is this a good combo?

Rifle 4 is all you need. And whether or not that's a good combo I can't answer that. Do what YOU want to do and let your professions come to you and you'll figure out what's best for YOU.
