Do they stack or is it a waste of time to use this twice on the same animal?

mindshot is basically a damage over time ability. u will not see the imidiate resaults when fired and u will not recieve xp for using it but it sure does make it alot easyer to kill red con bantha's

They dont stack, but I use mind shot alot. Im not sure if its a bug, but I mind shot a NPC, run away. Come back, HeadShot3 it 2-3 times, kill it and get 2k XP. Seems I get full XP when I do 25 percent of the dmg.
