What do that +10 rifle speed bonus means? I mean your rifle has a determined rate of fire , doesn't it? if so,how this bonus augments your rate of fire? thanks for the answers.

i would like to know this as well. if it increases your attack speed, thats awesome because at higher rifleman skill levels you get HUGE bonuses to speed.

anyone?

im probably not helping since all i have is speculation but...

in some other post i read something completely innaccurate where the person was using a formula to derive dps and computed the avg between the min/max dmg of the gun and divded that between the weapon speed+bonus time which makes no sense because the higher you go the slower you fire...

what i personally think it is a measure of is a percentage of how much faster you will be firing with a given weapon. for example if your weapon has a speed of 9.9 (crappy tusken rifle) and you have a rifle speed of +50 then you would probably only take 5 seconds to fire that rifle and not 10...i havent tested this yet, but seeing as how practically ever other skill stat out there is in some way or another used as a percentage, thats what im guessing...

anyone wanna test this and see how accurate/innaccurate this is?

I dont believe we have a TL(Correspondent) to ask the Dev team yet, but Im thinking its probably a percentage. +10 percent speed maybe. Wich at Master Rifleman, it would be at 80 percent, but since that seems to fast, its probably a stat pool. You end up getting a total of +80 rifle speed, and then there is probably an equation that calculates it. Just have to have someone ask the programmer for this, but right now all the Devs seem very busy dealing with the bugs. We can try sending one of them a PM?
