IMO if cover simply takes us off radar in PVP and made us un-tab-able we could once again actually be feared in PVP. The only catch is a minor one wear clothes to blend into the enviroment so that you are practically invisible to all but a close looking player. Unfortunately this would never fly as Nerf wouldbe the cry of the day, and our precious nerfed T21 will be better used as a club than a rifle.
