I just finished the sniping tree my rifle skills are now 4,1,0,2 Im wondering if I should finish the concealment tree first or go to the counter-sniping tree. Im thinking counter sniping because of all the cool moves and stuff but concealment would be awesom if they fixed our mods.

Now you can steal everyone's PvP incaps because its pretty hard to actually kill things on your own with a rifle

Seriously though, after sniping I went for the ranged defense line - I think that's counter sniping...

You have a few solutions, respec. Or decide you are going to deal with our speed caps and go master rifleman, Wich you would want to go counter-sniiping line next.

go counter sniping first and definately put your combat exp into rifle special abilities.

Seeing as how you already have Conceal Shot, you might as well get some of that Counter-Sniping. Not that I think Counter-Sniping is so especially great (save Flushing 2), it's just that it's more useful than Concealment, and Rifle Special uses different XP anyhow.
