If they lower the speed cap to 3.0 than that means spraysticks will be majorly nerfed along with all our other "slightly" fast weapons. Also it would screw up speed powerups if you got the speed below 3.0 so in effect there would be no point. To do this they are gonna have to give an actual speed nerf to all our weapons to comp for the nerf on the cap. Am I right or wrong can anyone comment on this?

It's a cap on rifle speed in general and not the weapon itself. I'm guessing if u had a spraystick thats listed as 1.3 speed, it will still say that on screen, but when you fire...it would be at 3...

Shouldn't we have an equivalent to an Assault Rifle? Along with Sniper Rifle?

Makes sense I thought, meh.

Our rifles will be much like us at 3 secs per shot, next to worth less!
