Yep it should do.

I don't really want the damage back, I'd rather see a lower ham cost (50 would be nice ) and better accuracy.

Well, I posted this on the Weaponsmith forum and had a chance to speak to alot of them in game.

My consensus is this:

Yes we need better T-21s. However, let the Weaponsmiths give us better T-21s, not the Devs. By which I mean, change the WAY they are built (schematic complexity, rare resources) so that much better versions of the current T-21 can be made, Instead of just changing the damage values in the schematic.

If the DEVs changed the resource requirements for the T-21, making it easier to build, would that not indirectly make it more powerful through Weaponsmith experamentation?

If so, maybe that is the change we should be pushing for: Less complicated schematics and resources for the T-21.

I honestly do not know, as I am not a Weaponsmith. I will post this question on the WS forum as well.
