Insted of makingit rare to spawn, why not just make the Rainbow Gemstone only grow inlessaccessableparts of Lok or some other planet thats difficult to travel to? Since the T21can rarly be made, why not sell it on recruiters (the base model of a T21 that is) for faction points? Here's anidea, whynot haveRiflemanuse a Super Sniper Rifle (a sort of Anti-Tank Rifle) that firessimilar toa Rocket Launcher (not doing nearly as much damage as the Rocket Launcher, but with Heavy AP) andhaving only a limited number of uses; combine coverskills with another skill tree and make this Super Sniper Rifle its own skill tree. I figure since BH get scatter pistols and Light Lightening Gun(which is basically a Commando gun)and Commando gets all those cool toys and Pistoleer gets killer pistol smuggler skills, we could have some fun too. ( well carbineer.............even I knew how bad it was when i was attaining Master Marksmen - carbines are like the retarded brother you never had; just stay away! )

Or a followup to your super sniper rifle idea... maybe the rifle is normal, but it requires you to actually fill it with ammo, or charge it, or whatever?
