Just wondering if you math types have found a speed cap for rifle now.


Oh, and is 1.0 still the fastest you can fire?

No speed cap (but there are soft caps where putting more points in would be counterproductive)


yes 1/sec is still fastest.... good luck getting there (nearly impossible now)
