what i was saying ... to make the rifleman feel more speaical for you, what would you change or add? many people seem to feel as though an important part of the rifleman is missing something. I am not talking about the AP AR issues that is all to with a new game and knots that will all be worked out with time.
what i mean is what were you looking for when you started heading for the profession rifleman?
What i would like to see "added"
In the Sniper line
Distance Jugment Bouns should be added to deal with the range issuse, for each lvl of sniping you get you could increase the range you can fire your weapon from the 65 out to around 120meters.
At lvl 4 Sniper Scope could become availble to rifleman as a skill(a scope had to be brough and attached to the rifle by a weapon smith) and only in use while prone (devs want to make the rifleman a prone class i hear/think??). this would mean that you get an increaseofto 120 metersrangeso chancesof someone running all the way over to you low.( with best range around 100 meters from target)you gain a+15 accuracy to stationary target -15 speed -20 to shoot moving target. and a 30% damage in crease 10%ham (the mind cost is already insane) while a sniper scope skill is being used only special shots can be used, this would mean the rifleman would have to wait for the right "moment" to fire when the target stoped moving. when the scope is not in use you can still shoot from 120 meters but very unaccurate in till around 65 meters where it is at the moment.
In Concealment
you could get a + 5 concealment per lvl (this might be what cover is ment to do) that while prone you blend into the surrounding and become extermely hard to hit and because of the range that you can now shoot from and the cover/concealment.Ina battle could possision yourself at around 80 - 100 from the main fight meters go prone the battle could move around and you shouldn't have to get up and move around then go prone again to keep in range.
Counter Sniper
+5 to hit moving targets should be introduced per lvl. while the counter sniper skills can be used with scope on or off, you would only get the moving target bouns when sniper scope skill is in use (because it is very hard to shoot something moving while trying to follow it though a scope, when you aim along the barrel you get a full view and can judge the movment of your target with more ease.
Special abils i woundn't change.
When the rifleman reachs Master, he gets Scope Shot where he exmains the target though the scope finding a weak spot in armmor. ( Talking large Damage, 6secs recharge) something that only a master can do making working all the way to the top something really cool to look forward to.
anywayz what do you guys think, and what would make rifleman special for you?? if it not already is =P
