I am just starting up rifleman and I have plenty of money (I have gone through most professions in the game now, rifleman is the latest). I was wondering if someone could give me a list of rifles to use at the various skill levels and what damage / speed / HAM costs I should look for. In the past I have found that weapons can have a huge range of damage depending on the skill of the craftsman and the quality of the resources and I would hate to buy a rifle, thinking I gota good one, only to find out later that it really sucked.

I have had this happen before where I was doing about half the damage I could have been doing because I had a crappy weapon and I would rather not have to suffer through that again.

So, a list of weapons for the various skill levels and what I should look for in terms of damage, speed, and HAM costs.

Most riflemen use laser or t21. Secondary weapons usually include Jawa, e11, or spraystick. I personally carry a laser for bleed shots and a t21 for other shots. I keep my Jawa handy also depending on the monsters/persons resist.

A decent laser starts at base 40 max 390 mind 77 (other ham cost for riflemen are nothing compared to mind, so, you won't even notice them. I have heard of really good lasers in the min 70 range max 450, but, never seen one on my server. Speed for laser on my sever are in the 5.8 to 5.7 for a decent speed (but, as you near master, you won't really care about speed).

T21 min 150 max 350 is a good t21 (unless you can get a pre nerf) with speed in 6 range and i think mind of 90ish. Again, depends which server you are on.

Jawa 111-210ish is good with speed in the 5 second range. I don't recall hams on it, but, think it might be in the 50 range.

Spraystick Hmm, never seen one I thougt was good since I hate the mods on them. Speed in the 2.1 range ham in 40 mind range. This is purely a guess, but, i think damage range on a decent one maxs at 189ish mins real low.

Cost vary. On Lowca a laser should run you 15k, t21 22k, Jawa 12k.

Btw, there are a ton of threads here with,"what is the best t21/laser you have seen?" Just do a search for t21 or laser and you are sure to see a ton of rifles listed.

DLT20a not the fastest, but you can find good ones, cheap too. Also, your specials do more damage to your target than yourself lower than 30 hams. 100-300 with a damage slice
