This is my char on the test center, only hard part is leveling up haha. you cant decide if you want to shoot them, or beat them up. Personally on my "real" server i'm ch/rifleman/master marksmen. though i was looking at not getting master marskmen and i could make it to level 3 meditation for tka which is what i want to use. but the gifts kind of out weight themselfs when it concerns ch. i'm happy with ch, but can be just as happy with tka

I'm finding I don't have to use my TKAness in pvp that often, I'm thinking about dropping it and going for doctor instead. (Can heal dizzy i think, whichwould benice.)

I think the professions that go good w/ Rifleman is either Doc or TKA. Some say Heavy Swordsman is the way to go w/ Rifleman just because of the "block" feature & a lil more kD, dizZy def. etc. but IMO, being Master TKA can get you back into the fight faster...healing up wounds w/ master meditate. And besides "block" doesn't even work & the defenses coming from TKA is way more worth it. Just find a master doctor & master dancer/musician to buff your stats & you're good to go PvP'ing.

I know finding all those masters are hard to find at times, but in Bestine, there's always masters hehe.

(I am Master Sharpshooter/Master TKA & lovin IT!)

Forgot something else...Good professions to go w/ IMO:

PvP: TKA, Doc

PvE: CH (this way probably lvl's you up faster cuz of the tank)

& always have at least novice medic w/ different combinations: first aid 2 & pharm 3 (to heal bleeds & use stim C's) /pharm 4 (stim D's) [both ways use the same number of skill pts, so choose wisely]

I think taking TKA helps alot with with rifle. I'm a Master sharpshooter and if something isn't dead by the time they get to run up to me then I unequip my rifle and put on some VK and it is quickly dead. The plus is that no more 2.5x melee damage once whatever gets close up!

How about armor then? Do you use armor all the time when using Rifle? Or do you equip that along with your VKs?

Well the fact that mind is now buffable is what started me thinking about rifleman / doc instead of TKA.

My problem with doc before was that mind would still be a major weakness, however since mind is now buffable and I've found out aboutbuffing focus with food, mind is no longer such a weakness. While it's true that you can just find a friendly doc to buff you, being able to do it yourself is very helpful, plus I'd get the res skill as well.

Maybe it's just the way I play, but I find as I'm always running it's quite rare for a player to get close to me. PvE is a different story, but warning shot takes care of that most of the time.

I'd agree thatrm + tka / doctor / CH / master marksman are all killer combos, as they should be considering the amount of points they cost.

rifleman/doc is ok....

my setup is 2/4/3/0 doc, so i can cure poison, rez, and use enhance D's. the problem is finding someone that will make you enhance D's becuase theyre hard to make. lately iv had to find all the materials myself and paid someone to actually put them together. now im thinking of dropping doc and most of medic so i can go up the TKA line, especially for the powerboost being it helps me more being a master rifleman for the mind buff.

It owns. Hard core. I could not be happier with this match up. Add some medic and maybe a defensive line from pikeman and you are one monster of a player. Mine is a zabrak, I think it works best, but medic is a must.

I'm kind of curious, I was thinking of eventually picking up rifleman mainly for the melee defense bonuses that would stack with my innate melee defense as a Trando, and the Teras Kasi defense bonuses...any thoughts on whether or not this would be a possibility worth exploring?
