So far from what I've gathered from people talking about HeadShot 3 is that it's pretty useless when you break it down to Damage/HAM Cost ratio compared to HeadShot 2. I was just curious as to how well it performs in PvP. Is it still just as useless in PvP as it is in PvE?

If you're at the speed cap and have mind buffs, it's much better dps than HS2. If you're not master and/or don't have mind buffs, you're better off with HS2.

HS3 is higher damage multiplier but also higher delay multiplier so it's not much better than HS2 until you hit the speed cap.
