Rifleman doesn't have a KD attack, but you can use flurry shot combined with flushing shot / supression fire to get the same effect as dizzy / KD. Neither seem to work very well though.

they wont fall down if you force them to change their posture.

rifleman needs suppression and flurry to kd. When target changes posture as they get up theres a chance they will fall down.

Which might be a good fix for Startleshot, since it does nothing at this point. It might be a useful posture-change down shot for rifleman instead of having to keep the marksman abilities tree.

And to answer the first person, your best bet if you're looking for a dizzy/knockdown attack is carbineer/BH.

Can rifleman knock somebody down?

I was thinking that Flurry Shot and then Startle Shot, might get a proned Storm Trooper to get knockdowned.

Would this work, and are there any other ways to knock a target down?
