I'm looking for high-end T21's and other rifles (DXR6, JIR)...
Best T21 I've been able to find on Eclipse (non-Krayt) is 7.5, 183-558 (32%/16%), 40/34/72 HAM.
Anyone able to recommend a good vendor or someone who can craft one for me?

i still don't see what people see in laser rifles. yes, it may have a nice max damage, but what if you hit the bare minimum for 250pts with strafe2? that and doesn't mitigation chop the maximum damage down by percentages?

My laser does 125-599 so the min dmg for me is not a problem.

yeah but e11 also has ap2, and a much smaller spread, therefore throwing out mitigation, and not having to hope that you don't hit that rock bottem 250 dmg strafe shot. and if you use the right enhancements, you could most likely get damage comparable to that of a t21.

Yeah maybe...
I was able to get a couple of excellent Lasers, 58-420, 5.7, so I'm good to go there at least.
