So, I'm 0/0/1/3 as of last night, and I also have Ranged Support IV (for now) for suppression fire. I was looking forward to flushing shot because instead of doing flurry+suppression and then backing off out of range to try to get an NPC to stand up and fall over, I could just do flurry+suppression+flushing and force him to stand up and fall over.
I tried this over and over again on Tuskens, and couldn't get a single one to fall down from the posture up+dizzy combo. My non flushing method actually seems to work much better. Has anyone else had this problem, or am I just really unlucky?

Dizzy KDs from posture changes only work if the posture change is voluntary. So forcing them to kneel then forcing them to stand backup does not good. Forcing them to kneel may work, but only if they decide they do not like kneeling anymore and try to go prone or try to stand.
Frankly, NPCs change posture enough on their own that I gave up trying to force them to fall down, and I just dizzy them now (when I go that route) and let them do what they want to do. Of course, this applies to ranged fighters. Melee fighters will have to stand to keep coming after you, so Flurry + Suppression has a decent chance of working.
