Thread: Did they nerf rifleman?

Heard some different tells today on the boards. Did they do anything to rifleman today, at work so I'm not able to log and check it out myself.

they fixed a bleed bug yesterday to make targeted bleeds hit the targeted pool everytime... in some eyes that would be a nerf i suppose.

Supposedly ham costs were upped a bit but I haven't been able to test it yet.

Who said that was a nerf? I didn't. THey did up ham costs and moved the magic number of focus up so that its harder to spam specials at no mind cost.
More nerfs to come

lol I never mentioned any thign about bleeds as being a nerf lol Just the HAM costs for now, more to come Wanna post um Jyrez?
