Master Doctor

all I need to know. You can be human and form that HAM like a sculpture. What can a Ranger/Rifleman do (masters in both, btw) and not spend 50k a night on buffs.

Atm I use BoH and Ryshcate to get there. I tried other things but those 2 served me best. My Muon experience had meloosingHealth and Action instead (remember, HAM cost is 3 numbers not one). Only a PSG for armour. one BoH and one Ryshcate and I'm only doing 12 ham cost... for 333 seconds.

If I was to go wear encumberanced armour, I'd have to chase down a doc, musician and dancer... for a 3 hour hunt + about 5k to 50k tipping, buying, ect. Also, time waiting. Hour-30 last few times. Travel light, I'm a ranger after all.

Talk to the PvP guys, maybe they can use it. What do you folks do if you get "raided"? You folks "battle by apointment" or something like that? I'd do good to wolf my food down in time...

oh and you are also shooting at 4-8 seconds so just wait itll you are master shooting at 1 second and watch that mind drain

Go get some stun layers in it, then come back and tell me if you can shoot for no cost

i have a set with 40% stun layers in it i think, but my target is usualy dead before he can stun damage me.

having 2500 health and action buff lets me get a few rounds off (headshot 2) before im floored, so no biggie -)

You say that now but I've heard whispers from the rim. They speak of a powerful drop that causes stun batons to become weapons from the gods and turn fencers into unbeatable bringers of death. Stand against that and you will have passed your test and boasts.

I am a riflman (novice).....

I wear a full suit of 80% Kinetic Composit armor at all times.

I can now spam Expert Headshot (headshot 2) and mindshot 2 and hit for between 1000 and 3000 mind damage) and it takes how huch from my mind...............................................29.

And the way i am doing it means that by the time i fire my next round..the 29 mind i just used is back up again...this is will a full suit of composit armor, which basicaly makes me erm...UBER lol
