just a quick question, is the DXR6 rifle a loot or is it a quest to get the schem in the genosian lab? thanks in advance

a NPC gives you the schematic and you have to loot the cubes from mob

Its also loot but only like 150-300 damage while my crafted is 200-400 (sliced, no powerup)

Any Idea which NPC? I've goten past the first door with the 2 super klikniks, is that the npc? or the one that asks you to find his friend or something like that?

You just have to talk to a npc. he will give you the scematic. You dont have to loot it.
