my advice is to get a weaponsmith to custom make you a gun with high accuracy experimentation, stock and scope. i prefer a dlt20a. NOTE: this is not a damage dealing gun-- it's for states only, and accuracy experimented guns tend to have really high ham costs-- use a cdef if you have to.

macro the following:
equip accuracy gun, aim, flushing2(x2?), flurry2, equip damage dealing gun, strafe2/headshot3 (or whatever your heart desires).

with an accuracy experimented gun, and an aim command, your first flushing shot should land and stun. experiment with it-- you may need several flushings to get a stun. Stun lowers primary defenses by something like 50%.

once the target is stunned, the dizzy shot should hit everytime (with the accuracy gun). dizzy is allegedly an additional cut off the target's ranged defense.

follow up with high damage shots from your main weapon.

it's really not that hard to use this kind of an approach. as a long time bounty hunter, i used to do the same with a dh17 snub nosed carbine for confusion shot/fireknockdown (having outrageous ham costs with a real carb), then switch to a krayt scatter pistol for eyeshots or torso shots.

Another question that should be asked here, is if you are just a Master rifleman, should you be able to consistently beat someone who has spent almost all of their skill points in combat? I don't think so, but I do think you should have achance of winning, and that can be accomplished by all of the other suggestions, stun, dizzy, intimidate, blind, high accuracy weapons, /aim, /kneel (usually a death sentence, but if you can afford to get a couple of shots off it really boosts the accuracy), bleed, kite, use line of sight

Ok - thanks for the suggestions...even though since I don't have brawler I can't intimidate, and refuse to defense stack.

Any other suggestions are also welcome!

I only recently achieved Master Rifleman, so I know that I need much more experience in PvPing, but yesterday I came across one of those Fencer/Pistoleer defense stackers. I was only able to hit him 1/15 times, roughtly, and I frequently missed, even using Aim (when he was preoccupied). I also could not for the life of me land a Stun on him despite.

So what I'm wondering, if there is a strategy to take these guys down. I know the devs are going to remove defense stacking, but I'm not sure if it will apply to range/melee D in addition to dodge/block/counter attack stacking.

Would food accuracy buffs be worth while - do they help that much? Should I search out a weaponsmith to make me a high accuracy rifle? If so, should it be a Jawa or Laser rifle? Any other thoughts or suggestions? Those are the only main solutions I can think of (other than taking up CM).

Thank you.
