I am not sure about how state effects work now in CU? Let me see if I have got this correct
- Intimidate: Reduce damage by 20%
- Stun: Stop action regeneration (does it work?)
- Blind: Lowered accuracy
- Dizzy (not sure about this one): Reduce accuracy? Reduce speed ? At least I have noticed that when target is dizzy they do lower damage but that might have to do with lowered accuracy)
- Armor break: Reduce armor ressist with 50%
- Snare: Slow down (how much?)
- Root: Target can not move
- Intimidate: Reduce damage by 20%
- Stun: Stop action regeneration (does it work?)
- Blind: Lowered accuracy

- Blind: Lowered accuracy

- Armor break: Reduce armor ressist with 50%
- Snare: Slow down (how much?) 10%-15% at most I suspect - hard to have hard numbers for this
- Root: Target can not move

I am not sure but I think the state effect for snare is much higher and it stacks... Being a Ranger as well this is a tactic that I have began using quite often...
1. Hit with a P. Dart (snare one).
2. Leg shot (snare two)
At this point if both hit the critter is almost stopped entirely.
3. Glow-wire trap (ranged and melee defenses down)
4. Headshot to death.
Usually I can take a lvl 80 downsolo usingthis tactic. Once the snares start clear, I will again start the whole process over again.

That's interesting, I may have to get my scout trapping skills back that I dropped long ago.
