Hey people, I found out a way last night to get snipershot cover and conceal to work 100% of the time for all you hunters out there. I would get to the lair and place a camp at 50m away from the lair and while prone on the altered flat surface of the camp all of our warmup specials worked all the time, it was amazing how refreshing it is not to hear that click 20 times before you shoot. I still had to be prone for 1 second before firing, but after that it was on.
I'm a squadleader as well, and all my squadleader specials have warmups too and this takes care of that problem as well
. I know this won't work for all of us since the camps are in the scout prof, but if you are a ranger or bh or have scout for some reason this is very effective. We had 3 riflemen shooting snipershot from the camp platform last night and the results were amazing!
I know this seems kind of silly having to make a visible structure to "snipe" from, but if you don't care so much about the role playing factor this is another valid workaround. I suggest making a factory run of camps because I was using about 2 camps per lair. Also, having the camp can create some line of sight problems so pick your spot carefully. I hope SOE actually fixes some of this stuff, but in the meantime this trick might help some of you out.

I'll have to give it a try. "A DUH MOMENT" Im a master rifleman & master ch and while trying to get cover to work I kept getting the message that I was to close to and animal that could see me, I cleared all the lairs around my target and went prone 75m away and when I tried to cover I got the same message, Then I realised the animal there talking about was my gurrcat - I targeted one of the spawns and told my cat to follow it and he went to it, I hit cover and it worked.

an interesting solution (and tested - it does work 100%)and useful in pve - but still not the droids er fix we are looking for. We should not need to be in camp to use our specials.

I did something similar, I was waiting out a jedi and took cover while waiting inside a player med center and crawled to a good vantage point (too bad he logged
