Thread: My rifle did I waste an ADK?

My Bowcaster: Click
It was made pre-curb (it was gorax/krayt enhanced)and got converted into a really nice gun. I tried to make another Assault 'Caster with some +146 tissues, but it came out considerably worse than this thing... so, I slapped an ADK on it. Was it worth it?

I would say no, not wasted. Any weapon over 1000 damage I would say is ADK worthy.

Thats very nice, any rifle with a base DPS over 300 is pretty good. 327 DPS without a pup is worth an ADK. Not sure you'll find much better for a while at least.
Plus, if you get your hands on a better bowcaster, it's not like you'll mind too much destroying a weaker one.

I would say no to this. 400 DPS is better. I can do 327 DPS with my carbines I can even go into the 500 range with a carbine. Still I say it was worth using the ADK on it. Nice Bowcaster btw.

I have seen several bowcasters that do 1100+ w/o pu's. It's not a great bowcaster, but it's not bad. The 1100 ones are converted exceptionals.

Ahh, but what you're all forgetting is that you can only fire as fast as your specials recharge. DPS is extremely misleading post-Upnerf.
500-1000 w/o a p'up is a good rifle and not a waste of an adk . . . I wish *I* could use a bowcaster that good . . . kinetic, you know . . .
