Master Rifleman / Master Bounty Hunter / Squad Leader 0 4 0 4. Great defense and offense plus in a group you can add a bit of extra help. Squad Leader and BH both help with Assault armor so its a win win 
. Check it out, i think i'm gonna start working towards that. Oh, and check out the speed you will have with your RIFLE lol.

too bad riflespeed caps at +77 I know because I have a +12 rifle speed attachment

U sure it caps at +77 cz I have +90 and im alot faster than when i was on +80 odd

I am well over 100 speed and it most def does not cap, only using big number tapes as I had them lying around from a drunken spending spree

he was wrong - there is no speed cap. Just dimishing returns. He just needs to put a lot more points into speed to see an increase in speed.
check this out:
0->25 speed -- 2s -> 1.7s (-15%, -.6%/speed )
25->50 speed -- 1.7s -> 1.5s (-25%, -.4%/speed)
50->75 speed -- 1.5s -> 1.35s (-32.5%, -.3%/speed)
75->100 speed -- 1.35s -> 1.25s (-37.5%, -.2%/speed)
100->125 speed -- 1.25s -> 1.2s (-40%, -.1%/speed)
25->50 speed -- 1.7s -> 1.5s (-25%, -.4%/speed)
50->75 speed -- 1.5s -> 1.35s (-32.5%, -.3%/speed)
75->100 speed -- 1.35s -> 1.25s (-37.5%, -.2%/speed)
100->125 speed -- 1.25s -> 1.2s (-40%, -.1%/speed)
(this means that a +25 speed tape adds approximately 4% to your over all speed)
