I right now have a T21 rifle that does 612 damage.. is the ar affected so bad that it will do less damage than a regular 350 damage laser rifle?

Not really, the reasoning is becuase most people dotn wear armor, and if they dont wear armor, all weapons are AR0 no matter what, but for leveling use the T21 for bleeds, then Laser for HSs. Becuase mobs actually have resists/ar.
