I tested with styles this time, me from 20m away, and him from 60m away. I am master and he is master. Let me go through the logs and delete the un needed spatialstuffI get. I find that both of us need a nerf, I didnt miss once from 20 meters. I used an E11, he used an FWG5.

Here is me using an E11, did alot less hits, becuase he was out of stims. I used Flushing 2 to reduce damage, and didnt want to use HS3, to inflict mind damage wich isnt healable.

Heh, that's evil, there is no way he should be hitting from that range that often.

Nope, although I must admit I really don't like the thought of having a higher than 50% miss rate when you also take into consideration the 2x damage we take in melee. Saying that the hitrate you have there is stupid.

What's the betting if we say can you lower both hit rates they do rifle first and forgot to do pistol.

That test isn't exactly accurate because you're closer to your ideal range than he is to his (I think, correct me if I'm wrong). If you got closer to him you would find yourself missing a lot more. Plus, a Pistoleer can get almost the same accuracy while moving at 60m. The accuracy boost on Bodyshot is just too high. In any event, you need more testing to get conclusive results.

We even will the two misses he did about 1900dmg in about 30 seconds versus your 1500 in over a minute. Those number are rough estimates. But at 60 meters that is way off of what he should be doing. If our misses are turned up to have more even a 20 meters we would be even more seriously out gunned.

If he can stim himself to shoot for a full minute he woulld be doing around 3500 compared to your 1500. So yes we have a problem. Sure that doesn't count bleeds, but they get them also so the point is sort of that is voided out.

This test was horrible. If this was a medical test it would get thrown out of the medical community without a second thought.

Find a pistol with an ideal range of 15 and use it at 60 meters. Then get a DLT20a with an ideal range of 45 and use it at 0 meters. Or, get a laser rifle (ideal range 60) and use it at 0 meters and get a pistol with ideal range of 0 and use it at 60 meters. This would provide a 60 meter difference for both weapons.

This provides a 45 meter difference for both weapons. Even this isnt perfect as you you need to take into consideration accuracy for min/ideal/max on each weapon and find an equal point. Im too tired to explain how to do that, but if you think about it for a few minutes youll figure it out.

Finally, DONT use specials. Thats retarded. Im pretty sure that specials provide an accuracy modifier. Therefore, it ruins the test to use them. The best way to test accuracy would be to use REGULAR shots.

In short: this was a horribly dont test..... imbalanced and improperly done. You need to re-do itwith proper controls and benchmarks.

Opps I did not read the master parts. Was looking at the numbers, and not the whole thing. My bad.

Im just telling you because if you sent that test to the devs they would laugh out loud just the same as i did when i read it. Its a complete and utterly innacurate test of ranges.

Give the guy a break, if was the first of this type of info I've seen posted. I agree it's not a scientific test but he doesn't get paid to do this, in fact he pays just like the rest of us. Hopefully when they let us copy over to test well be able to do some more.

As a side note TekDragon I think specials are half the problem, pistols get BIG bonuses on their specials compared to other classes. There is no point whatsoever in getting pistol nerfed so it can't hit at all at 45m+ when not using specials, butas soon as they whip out the bodyshot3 they can hit 90% of the time.
