I am one of those extremely tired of going prone and getting warped out of max range, sometimes into unfriendly territory, time after time after time. Not only does it get sand up my crack when hunting Banthas in the Dune Sea, but it breaks the hunting rhythm, frustrates the group for which I'm pulling, and gets me raped big time when warped near a lair of horny dragonettes. How hard can this be to fix? Or, just put 100 credits in my account each time it happens and I'll be able to buy that beach front Condo in Naboo.

I am a rifleman andi have experienced the warp when prone but it seems to happen only near the "server lines". Can anyone confirm or deny this? I myself have a Probot and he always gets stuck at the server lines so i know when i come across them. I find that if i am prone near the server line then that is where i find i do the prone warp.

I'm too aware of server lines but I can't think of a place where it hasn't happened to me for the last few days. I've hunted all over Tat and animals have heard my Wookiee curses (more threatening that the Wookiee roar, for sure) each time I have to run back to within range after being warped. But I'll try to check on the server line difference later tonight.

Ya can you post your results because i myself have only had it happen near the server lines....maybe a glitch and that is why droids or pets get stuck too.

Im experiencing this Prone Zipping bug much more frequently now since the new patch rollout.

I play primarily on Talus, and its happened everywhere i go.

For us who don't know.... What is a "server line" ??

Server line is where when your walking and your character is now switching between actual servers. There are hundreds of servers that run this game because it would be too much for one machine to run. So they have brokenthe game into differentsegments so each server can run a specific area of the game. So when i say "server line" i mean the transition of your character or the switch from one "physical server" to the next.

Makes sense, just never thought about it. Everyday I learn something new about this game. Do you think that server lines arethe same reason for this:

I'm going toe-to-toe with a dewback .... I'm dying first... no, wait, he's gonna croak first... and then right when I've got him.... *Flash*... he disappears. off my screen. off my radar. outta my life like an old girlfriend. And I'm standing there with my HAM bars near 0 and no XP. (But, oh, the memories) ??

Doesn't sound like the same thing...but who knows. Maybe the battle can't cross server lines??? Just a shot in the dark on that one. Or maybe it died and you crossed server line and it went poof?

Unfortunately this happened twice.

Both timeslate in the fight when I had the most invested.
