That's right folks, you read the title correctly. One of the fastest rifles you'll ever find, and it has better than descent damage (it is SLICED for damage, cannot remember %)... and to top it all off, it has MIND POISON. As you can see, the uses is at -1, so it is permanent.

This is one of the strangest weapons i have ever come across. The damage type is energy, which i dont think is correct for a tusken rifle.

It is twice as fast as a normal Tusken and the damage range is the upper end max for this weapon however the wound percentage is really weak I have seen well made tusken rifles far surpassing that of a T-21 in the wound category which is probably why they added mind poison to this random loot item.

It has no more posion uses left on it.

Though if it was Kettemoor I'd buy it.

It's actually almost 3x as fast as a normal tusken (normal is around 9.0 seconds, right?)

As far as the uses at -1, does that mean infinite, or spent?

Looking at the durability, it's 488 (or less) out of 750, so it was either used heavily, or dropped in poor condition. This is a one shot gun.

People... Read my original post. The uses is at -1, so the effect is PERMANENT. it never changes from -1. yes ive tested it... it DOES apply the poison.

This is a sick-ass gun. 3.3 speed is the fastest ive ever seen on any rifle, and the damage is rockin too.

And by the way, i only used this gun once on a tabage to test if the poison effect works, and it does. Beautifully. It was dropped with the same condition as in the screenshot, and it still has the same condition.
