Does take cover or conceal shot have any effect in PvP combat? Also, has there been any talk of it being made to have an effect? I'm gonna work on a post detailing how I think it could add a whole lot to combat as far as ambushes go. All I need is to not have to do homework all night....

Not that I have noticed, in my many raids on Theed before I decided to turn Imperial... I have another funny PVP story as to why I decided to make the move, I think I'll post it....

But anyways, I have never noticed a diference, Conceal Shot is a PvE move, and Take Cover didn't protect me a whole lot more than normal prone.
