i will take back all my gripes about this class, and im only at 4/1/4/2.

a fresh laser rifle hits for 35-370. a laser rifle at 40/850 hits for 1-200.

a fresh T21 hits for 150-320. a T21 at 20/800 hits for 100-66max.

never noticed that, and ive been here since day one. yet i do remember, every time i grab a fresh gun, thinking "my god this gun hits hard".
