holy friggen...look at that mod , +6 riflespeed...that means he doesnt even need a skilltape or master marksman to hit the 1 sec cap

Well, for a slow gun, he may need a +2 to fire Strafe2 at cap, but with that beast, Flushing2 should do the trick just fine. Please say it was from a Nightsister
