weaponsmith cant make anything of this caliber even with legendary krayt tissues, and the 750 condition is a tell-tale sign of a loot

They can make something similar, but you'll need more than (Legendary) Tissues, you'll need (Legendary) Stocks, Barrels etc.

You know personaly Id never slice something that nasty. Condition is already low decay is based on damage wich is already damn high and a slice makes it decay faster. That is one nasty rifle though. I'd do the exact same thing and sell it.
