Thread: weapon speed in the FS tree

lst nite i logged into TC2 and saw taht one line of the combat FS enhancements lends a total of +25 to weapon speed. this will be a handy thing if it comes up in the cycle early enough to be used before the combat revamp.

many of the combo jedi/x profession guys already use this.. it does work to cap any weapon skill + it stacks with SEA's (think this way +50 to any ranged skill) Melee'rs also get a simliar speed increase.. will be awe inspiring for those poor pokey pikeman.. won't help tk's much but everyone else gets a boost
the ranged defense lines in fs enchancements are pretty awesome as well...

The character builder I use and have seen many others recommend has each FS skill listed as costing 1 skill point. Is that how it is on TC2? I'm gonna be very happy if so...

yes it is. so far. im just reporting on current situation form a rifle perspective in patch10 FS system. so basically if you get the speed branch you can ditch master marksmen 2 points to cap the speed opposed to mastering marksmen and needing several million creds worth of SEA. pretty sweet perk to have pre-revamp.
