i am a rifleman / doc and was wondering what food you would recomend for pvp . assuming my drink bar is full with 2 or 3 brandies , what food should i be eating . with musician buffs + brandy i think i might be able to avoid wasting space with ahrissa . so how should i use my food allowance . +50 filling vercupti , +100 defence to knockdown , accuracy food , synthsteak, canape etc etc . what combination do you guys recommend .

For all PVP, I recommend that you eat 45% damage reduction synthsteak well before the battle. If you're going for the "hangs towards the back" riflemen in large scale PVP battles, I'd recommend two 50 fill vercupti for an extra 2k ham to make yourself a serious tank. If you'reinvolved in smaller fights andduels and such, I'd recommend at least 1 canape at 33 fill, 1 pikatta pike at 33 fill (minimum +50% defense food that works for all profs although is mislabeled as a "dodge" good), and citros snow cakeat 28 fill for the accuracy mods. Because citros snow cake often has low filling, you can pop an exo protein wafer with 25%+ damage reduction.
For a doc/riflemen, I don't recommend thakitillo (kd defense) because you have such massive mind costs with a rifle, riflemen need all the accuracy help they can get in pvp in order to hit jedis and defense stackers, and because pikatta pie is the best PVP food there is with its long duration and 52% chance for attacks to completely miss you. My $.02 as a riflemen and a chef.

Bah!
Depends on your race, and stats...
I'm zabrak, max focus of 500. For PvP, this is me:
2 Brandies
1 Sythsteak (dmg reduction)
2 Ahisra (focus buff)
If I can.. I take Citrus Snow cake (+40 accuracy)

Must haves:
- Vasarian Brandy
- Vagnerian Canape
- Ahrisa
- Muon Gold
- Synthsteak
- Citrus Snow Cakes(PvPers)
- Vercupti(If your Mind is migrated correctly
) - Pikatta Pie(sp?) is good, but I do without it pretty well

If you are serious about pvp, then first, get some entertainer buffs as this saves you from having to use arisha or canape. Give that:
That 1 synthsteak and 1 havala as you are getting buffed (doc and entertainer). By time you are ready for pvp your stomach will be empty even though the havala and steak still last the roughly 1 hr.
2 vasarian brandy (not used at same time to save room in stomach)
1 pikata pie (as mentioned it works for not only dodge but block and counterattack.)
1 ithorian mist (dizzy/kd/lunge is the bane of all riflemen)
1 vayerbok (block +25) this stacks with the pikata pie, though I'm now leaning away from using it in favor of an emergency bluemilk
1 snow cake (a must to hit jedi and stackers) - use this ALWAYS large or small scale pvp.
1 thakitalo if you are running into a fight with a lot of jedi, otherwise save the stomach for an emergency vercupti
1 muon gold.
I can fit all of these things in my stomach for a single fight if I time it right.
