I am considering taking a line of pistoleer to support my RM skills.


What I would like be able to do is kite wothout getting Dizzy KD so often.


My question is do you have to equip with a pistol to get the pistoleer associateddefences or can I have my rifle eqipt and get them aswell?.

The only Pistoleer defence that will not work while holding a rifle is Dodge. Defense vs status and melee/ranged defenses will always stack up to +125 no matter what weapon you hold.
