So, short and simple:
Does the Ranged speed line on the force sensitive trees speed cap a rifleman?

No. Because the FS Ranged Speed line is currently not working.

FS Melee mods are working for Ranged weapons also. Most likely is that those saying it is working have the Melee mods boosting their ranged weapons along with the broken FS Ranged lines making them think they are working.

well ok, different question then. Does the melee speed line **Compeltely** cap a rifleman without mastering marksman? (The ranged speed line will be no differnt when the fix it, which is why I ask)

wow funny you guys mention this, i have the FS melee speed line but dont have the the FS ranged speed line, yet im shooting strafe2 once per sec, w/o any speed attachments

It is not working(yet). We have proved that with numbers/combat logs in this forum a few times already. Waste has made sure the Devs are aware of the situation and we can just hope they are working on the fix.

k, I tried running searches but everything kept comming up with results from 10/10/2003 (not 2004)
