What does more damage in pvp Overcharge shot 1 or Strafe 2 aginst 1 person?

SS2 has a 5x modifier. I believe Overcharge is 2x? There's your answer

strafe 2 does 5x the base damage of your rifle, overcharge does 2x the base damage

not to mention overcharge will destroy your rifle very quickly.
