After slacking off(hangs head in shame)I'm ready to charge toward Master Rifleman. I'm at 3/1/1/2. Where can I go, what can I do to accomplish this?

easy once I did the same thing I did it in a few days. I can only play about 3 hours at a time. you can get at least 2 boxes with a Speed sliced T21 by doing Hurrton stalkers.
3 or more boxes if you are good. I tend to talk to much to guildies why grinding. lol
I read somewhere on here to just grind get a speed sliced t21 and area point blank. I have got to 4243 in about 4 days. the down side to this route is you dont learn a damn thing about Rifleman and you will fly though your t21 and Armor.
But I did learn alot about armor that I didn't know before.
lol

lol yes thats probably where I got it.
by no means is it hard to do it this way its just hard on your toon. AT least mine. lol I came out several times with 800 bf after a night of this. but it was fun.
I read alot of rifleman on the forums.
I didn't read it all.
clearly. I just read how to grind it. When I have mastered the art of pulling the trigger I will master the art of what shot to use.

Get some grenades.....the ones without certs...that will give you LOADS more combat xp. By far, the best thing to do when grinding rifleman is get the sniping accuracy line and the abilities speed line. Then, it just flies. Do seething bols, I get 5000+ rifle and 500+ combat xp per each and i only wear composite boots, gloves, chest, and helm. I don't take much damage so its very easy to do alone.

My personal experience while grinding rifleman: speed sliced T21 (speed pups are a good addition), get into a solo group. In a group with over 15 people, get missions for regular quenkers (not savage), the lair willspawn around 24 critters, getting you roughly 50k xp per lair. They're weak so they won't hurt you, all I was doing is spamming pbArea on the lair (due to awful rifle accuracy) because the bug is still around where if you spam on the lair you never miss 'em. It takes a few minutes, rifle being slow and all, but it's by far the best I've tried (grinding rifles the 2nd time).

The only reason why I quit hunting Huurtons (All kinds) is because they spawn more babies than high XP adult Huurtons.
Quenkers on the other hand spawns babies less often, thus I hunted Quenkers non-stop until Master Rifleman.

The reason I quit hunting Huurtons is because I couldn't stand seeing another one as long as I live
At 4/2/4/3 I pretty much hang at the Squill caves. I usually can get a box or so a night with my TK buddy acting as a tank.

youcan get to master rifleman from novice marksman inless than5 buff sessions, the most effective way to get loads of XP is to kill yard trash up to rifles 2 then get yourself a nice speed sliced laser rifle and speed Pups. Get into a solo group head to a player city on naboo and take bolle bol missions (around 7k on the terms)
target the lair and use /pointblankarea1(Derp!.. Thanks for pointing that out dimmu) on it, by using it on the lair you will hit the bolle bols every time. each grants around 3500 rifle XP, using this method you can get novice RM in less than an hour. When you get to novice upgrade to a speed sliced T21. It's the quickest way i've found to do it.

I had good luck grinding in the Sennex Cave on Tattoine, from the Hero quests. Pretty fast spawning ranged npcs that dont' sprint up to point blank when you attack them. Worth between 3000-5000xp depending on the type, and they drop loot kit components with pretty nice regularity.
