Thread: Rifle Accuracy Cap?

I have a question for all of you gurus that I'm not sure about. I'm sure this post has been addressed, so I apoligize if I missed a previous post regarding this. Do we (uber Riflemen) have a cap on our Rifle Accuracy? I have a Rifle Accuracy skill mod of 160as a Master Riffleman but I still see other Master Riflemen (who should have the same skill mod) bidding millions on a Rifle Accuracy Amor Attachments. Just wondering if I should be jumping in a putting millions on the line for it as well.
