Does anybody know if the ranger camo rating or the conceal action can affect or work with the riflemans conceal shot?

It would depend on the cammo kit. Most of the time I am able remain concealed while fightingif I apply my own kit. If lower level rangers conceal me, I find the cammo breaks sooner.

I think that what you will find is that if a master ranger conceals you, you will remain hidden a bit longer. But as you fight, the kit is tested each round, and statistically will eventually be broken.
