Its a quest reward from the Genosian dungeon. Its not that hard to get, best I could tell you is bring lots of friends, and talk to every NPC that you can find.

I have gotten one also, I want to get more.

People say they suck but I have seen one that hasn't sucked it was awsome

These most certainly do not suck, depends on teh weaponsmith I assure you...one of the better weaponsmiths on our server (Corbantis) made mine, I provided green power cubes and Krayt Tissues, came out to 233/466 5.9 speed, after slice it was 363/596 condition 1056/1056 (green cubes help condition). Well, you can imagine what it's like with dmg powerup or speed powerup. With dmg powerup, I do about 4-6k dmg to a Krayt Giant with Strafe2, sometimes more...I love this thing...with being master rifleman, this gun is 10x's more potent than the scatter pistol BH use. My recommendations:

Get at least a +65 or better set of tissues (yea, yea..I know that's tough, but I'm just sayin'..)

Green Power Cubes

Make sure weaponsmith uses his best STOCKS, or better yet, use the loot stocks from the IMperial Theme Park

I understand that this is the exception, not the rule..but I just wanted to let you know that it is possible for a good weaponsmith to make an UBER gun out of the schematic with the right parts....
