Thread: Rifleman Specials?

Im sort of new to Rifleman. I have always wanted to try it and now its my chance. I am really confused about the specials tho. Most have vague discriptions, and I cant fine a thread that spells out what eachone does.
Could you experianced Riflemen explain each special.
example
Surprise shot:
X3 dmg random HAM, 3X speed Dizzy
Great for PvP, and PvNPC ,but doesnt work against mobs

There are a couple oflinks in the FAQ thread with information on all Rifle specials.

Those table has not be updated in a while.. ..
Mindshot's damage should be like x0.1 or something now.

Mindshot's damage did not change. The difference is that they are now applying armor and resistances to bleeds. Thus, where as before it was acting like every target was vulnerable to the damage type, now it's damage is reduced the same as every other shot.
The tables should still be valid.
