does this mean you can hit the speed cap using a T21 with just 3 FS skill boxes, since +7 is all you need?

yes it does ^_^ it works great and yes you will cap speed with it, not sure about ranged accuracy (as i nearly never miss anyway) ranged defence works well to - (and it is one of the few FS skills that helps jedi (gives em a block at a lower level ))

melee defence ontop of a melee defensive template is god like.. (goes on top of defence cap (or at least it appears to ))
