Are you saying your T-21 does 130ish to 380ish damage?

Look for an upgrade if so, that thing is junk. Only the crappy weapons are sold on market cause of the 6K credit cap., the good ones are in player vendors.

The thing about a T-21 is that generally speaking it has a trade off: is a bit slower, has poorer range mods, and uses alot more mind, than say, a laser rifle.

Unless of course its well made.

My point is, just because you can use a T-21, doesnt mean you should. Personnaly i stuck with a laser rifle until i found a T-21 worth the cost of using it, and when you i got one worth using, it was WELL worth it. The statistics he or she lists for that T-21, in my opinion, isnt worth the trade off. But in the end, you make do with what you can get, so mileage varies.

I didn't even read your post, I was refering to the Original poster, Takiana.

No need to be so hostile.

And second of all, you have nothing about rifleman in your signature, so how would I even know you're not Master?

Strange. Based on the condition of the DXR it should be suffering reduced damage output.

Are the numbers you are seeing the combat spam or the floaty damage?

Sounds like a bug to me though. The T21 should be doing more damage. Not 10% are is indicated by what you are saying. If you have another T21 try equipping that to see what happens.

If still no luck put in a /bug report and a CSR ticket.

Reduced damage doesn't occur until the weapon goes below 25%, it's armor that starts losing resists at 50%

the DXR6 has another 80-90 condition left before it gets there.
