I would say rifleman/doc. With TKA/doc, and entire line of your profession is useless (meditation) because a doctor can heal poison, bleeds, disease, wounds, and buff. Rifle gives you that nice heavy ap in addition, which will let you solo larger mobs. TKA only gets kinetic, which many high level mobs resist, plus its only AP 1. In addition, rifleman get range, which can help I guess.

hmm well i do alot of pve and not too much pvp but i enjoy dueling
should i go rifleman doc or tkm doc u guys think and why ?
