Im a master rifleman and was planning on going master swordsman or master TK and was wondering which one
would be better. Along with this i was planning on going as high into medic as possible and was wondering
what trees i should focus on in it. Thanks in advance for you help.

Irecommend swordsmen over TKA for PVE. Swordsmen damage output due to their varied damage types makes them powerhouses in taking on high-end MOBs. Even after you master riflemen and swordsmen you have 37 skill points left overwhich will allow you to come close to mastering medic, so you don't have a skill point shortage. I'd actually recommend putting some of your extra skill points into scout for some exploration (terrain negotiation) or hunting (harvesting). You can use very powerful stims with 0040 or 0030 medic, which is more than enough to heal yourself from near death with 1 or 2 stims. Any more medic than that is overkill in my opinion.

I'd agree with Odite about swordsman over TKM, if you just want to be an all-round heavy hitter. I myself have MRifle/TKM as my current template, but I do a lot of grouping against high-level stuff, and I can be flexible as either a good tank or fire support.
For Medic trees, if you can afford the points for one whole tree, put it into the Medicine Use one (Pharmacology?). This way, you can buy Stimpack D's to use, for some very powerful heals. I'd also recomend First Aid 2 if you can squeeze it in, for /firstaid, since the NPCs like to hit with bleeds, now that they have their mojo back.
