1. Got Sniping I last night, which gives me Mind Shot 2. Don't really want to use this at this point, as it is a bleeder shot and is more likely to cause aggro, right?

Now, I also picked up Rifle Special Abilities I last night with Flurry Shot I(the dizzying shot). I'm thinking combining this in a macro with conceal shot. Effective or no?

2. I hear many sing the praises of flushing shot as a good way to level up through Rifleman. Should I go for Flushing Shot 1 in the countersniping line so I will be Rifleman 1/1/1/1 by this evening and then continue up the Sniping line or just skip flushing shot for now and go up sniper.

1) The bleed shot will cause aggro when the bleed ticks. So if you are a conceal shot guy then no you don't want to use mindshot. If you are a headshot guy then it might not be too bad of an idea to use mindshot first then spam your headshots, depending on what you are fighting. If the mob you typically fight will charge you before you finish headshotting it to death than mindshot will probably be a good way to start. But if you usually kill it in 3-4 headshot2's anyway, then there's no need for the mindshot.

No fair, you asked 2 questions in your question labeled as 1). That means you actually have asked 3 questions. Using flurry shot in combination with conceal shot would not be effective. The point of conceal shot is to attack without getting aggro'd. If you use some flurry shots, then they will aggro you. Unless I'm somehow misunderstanding your meaning.

2) Actually people sing the praises of flushing shot 2 to level up rifleman, but that's usually only if you hunt in a group. If you are a solo/conceal shot guy then I'd say go up the sniping line first. good luck

I don't use mind shot unless it's a fight where I'm sure I'm going to be standing up at some point, usually against some high HAM mob where every little bit counts. The so calledleveling mobs/critters usually die fast enough to not require mind shot.

I've never used flurry shot enough to learn the intricacies of it, can'thelp you with that one(I stick to headshot 3 and strafe 2 most of the time, conceal shot when I'm taking on stuff like giant kimos)

I'm pretty sure it's flushing shot 2 that people use to level, it's the first of our cone attacks which hits anything within about a 30 degree area around the target(15 degrees on either side of it). So far, I'm working on a second rifleman character (Rifles/BE....my first one is Rifles/Ranger) and currently I'm 3/2/1/2...I chose accuracy and headshot 3 first. Now I'll just pick up the boxes as i gain the experience, I'm not worried about getting the profession done fast.

Mind shot is great is your are planning to tangle with mobs that like to bringa friend and are concerned about getting the whole group. Set up at 64m, mind shot, back out to 80m, wait for the tick, and presto! A single pull.

If you are fighting animals, forget flurry shot. You can dizzy an animal all day long and it will buy you nothing since animals are pretty much immune to falling down. Ironic, since scouts lecepanine dart trap causes a dizzy state.

I've not used conceal shot much, but I would think, based on my understanding, that the last thing you'd want to do is couple conceal shot with any other shot. The whole idea of conceal shot is to remain undetected. Opening up with something else, or using something else while using conceal shot, is more than likely to get you spotted.

Flushing 2 is the one you hear about. Its AoE and lets you take down lairs pretty quickly along with their spawns. If you group or have a pet or tank droid, its a great way to go. If you solo, head shot 2 is the better route. Have to be a bit careful with it, cause hitting the lair will cause fresh spawns. Doing quenkers, its easy to have 9-15 of the buggers nibbling at you when you use it. Things get dodgy when that happens.

I combined the 2. Solo'd almost exclusively, and leveled up counter sniping 3 for flushing and used that often. Not as safe as head shotting, but I'm an idiot. If I don't die at least twice a night when I play I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth.
