Well this is the Rifle boards so you are going to get mostly ' Go Rifle ' replies. One good thing is that being a CH will mean you have a tank to keep the target at distance for 'ya. Also Rifle costs fewer SP than BH which means you can pick up some Medic or other skills that you might want.
As for considering the CU/R/B. That really isn't possible as it's still in development and noone knows how it will turn out. We'll have to wait until it's in TC before we'll have a good idea of how that would effect your choices.

Currently it is not the best combo with Bounty Hunters. BH gets mods and specials for carbines and pistols, the modsinculde more accuracy and speed for those weapons only so generally if you are BH you take one of those ranged professions. Or if you are a Jeedai hunter you usually take some sort of melee profession .
