Is this rifle of any use? I'm thinking particularly with relevance to Krayt who have a low cold resistance as we all know. Should I invest any time in trying to get a decent enhanced cold rifle, for the primary purpose of krayt hunting, or does the light armour piercing mean I'm better off sticking with the good ole T-21?
Thanks for any input,

The sg82 does not even have light armor piercing. It only does like 12.5% of its damage to krayts - even if it is atruely amazingsg-82 a normal t-21 will always out damage it on a krayt.

The only use I can think of for the SG82 is vs targets with armor that are Cold vulnerable. In that case it's AP0 doesn't hurt since the target is vulnerable and it lets you bypass the armor.
But it would of course depend on the resist level and AR levels in regards to Acid and Energy. If the Acid or Energy resists are fairly low you could still do more damage with a DXR-6b or T21 even given the resists and armor.

Thanks for the replies - probably not the best use of precious tissue then!

They make excellent showerheads. As well as cause a what the hell?! glance when people see you carry it. Probably get as many people wondering what that is as the spraystick gets confused for a lightsaber.
